Key Account Client Planning Advisor - Dutch language (Warsaw)
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Purpose of the position:

To deliver the ethos of Making Excellence a Habit through provision of a proactive and effective assessment visit planning and booking, serving both internal and external new and/ or existing customers and to contribute to overall delivery of CE days target.

The position is linked on Key Account Clients to support CE Global and Local KA.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle all calls (inbound and outbound) to book or reschedule visits in an effective manner to ensure that the BSI brand “Tone of Voice” and quality guidelines are maintained at all times.
• Take ownership of availability for specific external delivery teams and work with Service Delivery Managers to utilise all diary availability.
• Negotiate with customers in relation to diary moves in order to minimise the number of changes necessary whilst implementing thee SNC policy where required to ensure that charge is correctly applied, prompt rebooking of the affected job and ensure full and accurate records are kept.
• Build effective rapport with the customer to provide short and long term planning solutions for new application including booking all stages of the application with the client and identify and assign a local client manager to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Highlight any reports of clients at risk of cancelling their registration and take ownership for their resolution, escalating to line management when necessary.

Skills:

• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Works effectively with office systems, especially those required to organise large amounts of paperwork and correspondence.
• Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting situations on the telephone and negotiate resolution to find the best solutions.
• Strong customer focus.
• Clear, concise and approachable speech, with excellent listening skills, and the flexibility to respond to callers in a manner appropriate to their status and expertise.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Willing to work with Global and Local Key account clients.
