We are looking for a Key Account and E-Commerce Specialist with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative ideas that make a difference to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management and E-Commerce Management within a similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• No restrictions on domestic travel.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.

• Manage all communication and coordination between the company and key accounts.
• Ensure that key accounts operate in accordance with contractual terms and annual agreements.
• Oversee store and shelf management, product placement, personnel planning, and promotional activities in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manage product sales through e-commerce platforms in line with existing and future agreements, and implement initiatives to increase sales performance.
• Plan and report daily sales activities and customer visits for key accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Monitor sales, order processing, logistics, payment, and campaign operations to ensure seamless business processes.
