The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Key Accounts Administrator to join our team at Northgate. Building and developing solid working relationships with our valued customers, you will ensure all Cleanaway services are documented and invoiced according to contractual requirements.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to:

  • Managing key customer issues to resolution and liaising with operations and sales teams
  • Raising, processing and reconciling invoices
  • Working with finance teams to ensure all revenue is captured
  • Maintain our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc

About You

  • Previous administration experience with intermediate excel skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • An eye for detail and able to work to tight time frames
  • The ability to work autonomously within a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
