As a Key Account, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of content for all campaigns and promotions at Traveloka across Singapore and Malaysia You act as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative team of copywriters, visual designers, and multimedia designers, digesting incoming briefs and ensuring project details are clarified and tightened before delegating to the team You will work very closely with the Creative Lead, acting as their right-hand person to support their creative strategy, manage day-to-day technical workflow, task assignments, and ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards You will also actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, internal pitch presentations, and process improvements to enhance collaboration between the marketing and creative teams.Main Areas
