Job Description

Key Account 客户经理北京、上海、苏州社招全职职能 / 支持 - 销售职位描述1、负责主机厂客户的战略分析与关系深耕,制定针对性业务计划,建立与客户采购、研发、质量及高层决策者的多层次伙伴关系;
2、负责所辖客户的销售额、利润等核心指标达成,跟踪客户新车平台及改款项目,组织资源完成报价竞标,确保新项目定点;
3、负责订单全流程管理,协调生产与供应链确保准时交付,快速响应订单变更及交付异常,提前预警风险并制定应急预案;
4、负责洞察并传递客户显性及隐性需求,牵头处理客户投诉,组织根本原因分析及纠正措施落地,定期评估客户满意度。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,车辆工程、机械或市场营销相关专业优先;
2、具有5年以上汽车零部件行业大客户管理或项目经验,熟悉主机厂项目开发流程(APQP/PPAP)及采购流程;
3、具备优秀的商务谈判能力、跨部门协调能力及抗压能力;
4、具备战略思维,能从客户规划中挖掘业务机会,结果导向。 投递
