
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support and optimize our manufacturing operations for dental consumables. This role is key to sustaining production equipment and processes, investigating and resolving non-conformances, and driving improvements through engineering change orders.
You will also play a critical role in establishing and managing outsourced vendor manufacturing and quality plans. Additionally, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence.
Success in this position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and clear communication, along with the flexibility for occasional domestic travel (up to 10%).

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields required.
2+ years of relevant work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device industry highly desired..
Knowledge in troubleshooting automation equipment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with finished goods packaging methods and best practices preferred.
Strong knowledge of chemical-based production processes related to composite compounding and powder processing.
Ability to manage complex projects.
Aptitude to quickly learn business systems.
Experience in applying lean concepts/tools.
Strong verbal and technical written communication skills, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to build strong partnerships with other departments.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems of moderate complexity and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Proven skills in active listening with a seeking-to-understand approach.

Target Market Salary Range:

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
