We are currently seeking an Production Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Milan, reporting to the Head of Tech Production & Aftersales. The team is mainly split between Milan and Florence, working with global stakeholders in Kering and its Maisons.

Your opportunity

You will play a key role within the Technologies Production & Aftersales Area, working on processes, area’s applications and systems supporting the luxury processes and their various interfaces, in strict collaboration with the Kering Brands and all the other involved Technologies people. You will manage program and projects’ roadmap, define objectives with stakeholders; ensure deployment on time/on budget, decisions are taken, risks are identified/mitigated, issues are solved. Projects will span from Production to Aftersales, from Traceability & RFID to Sustainability in Supply Chain. Working in an international environment, you will keep one step ahead of the technology curve, identifying change needs and share best practice to streamline business processes.

How you will contribute

Define clear direction for projects by defining project scope and objectives, creating the project plan (timeline, milestones, dependencies), estimating resources (people, tools, budget) and identifying initial risks and constraints

Be a point of contact for the projects and the assigned activities, identifying and managing dependencies with other projects and streams, engaging stakeholders on goals and status, facilitating collaboration between technical teams, vendors, business leads, managing expectations and resolving conflicts, ensuring proper understanding of tasks and priorities for assigned people

Ensure proper execution of initiatives, by assigning tasks to technical team members, monitoring progress (stand-ups, sprint reviews, or status meetings), tracking deliverables and removing blockers and ensuring quality standards are met; also collaborate in the functional and technical analysis on the basis of the solution to be achieved. Finally ensure transition to run mode

Work proactively on Risk Management and Problem Resolution, by identifying risks early, implementing mitigation or contingency plans, resolving technical and organizational issues quickly, making informed decisions to keep the project stable

Ensure project’s transparency through Reporting & Project Performance Tracking, by monitoring KPIs (timeline, budget, scope, quality), preparing progress reports for management, providing forecasts (cost, time, resources) and ensuring documentation is complete

Who you are

A professional with proven experience delivering large-scale, complex, and international IT Supply Chain programs and good knowledge on Supply Chain/Manufacturing processes (in Luxury/Retail Industry is a plus)

7–10 years of experience in IT Project Management

A highly organized person, a critical-thinker, able to set priorities and work effectively with tight deadlines

Proactive, team worker, diplomatic and able to handle good relationships both with internal and external stakeholders

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different functions and locations

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian and French as a plus
