This Job Family Group includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, ensuring the organization can achieve its business goals through optimal management of its people. Roles in Human Resources ensure the best possible experience for employees throughout the employee life cycle in alignment with our company’s strategy and objectives.

Job Family Description - HR Operations:
Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Reports to: Regional Talent and Learning Director, Asia Pacific

Your opportunity

We are seeking an individual who is passionate to gain hands-on experience in talent, performance management, and benefits initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The role has dual responsibilities split between the Talent and Total Rewards team. This position is suitable for someone who is resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

How you will contribute:

Talent Analytics & Insights

  • Support the collection, consolidation, and organisation of talent data across teams, functions, and markets
  • Assist in analysing talent metrics, trends, and benchmarks to inform workforce decisions
  • Link workforce demographic and talent data with learning data to generate integrated insights and identify development gaps
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports to support HR and leadership discussions

Performance Management (with a focus on analysis, policy, implementation)

  • Support the performance review cycle (e.g., preparation of communication materials, guides, templates)
  • Assist in connecting performance outcomes to recognition programmes and development actions
  • Track follow-up actions and improvement plans post-review cycles
  • Support the collection and analysis of performance data and trends for continuous improvement linking to goals and rewards

Benefits and Wellbeing

  • Coordinate renewal of flexible benefits and provide end-to-end support (review of plan design, UAT, employee communications session etc.)
  • Support implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives by partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
  • Review internal policies (e.g., time off, insured benefits) to provide clarity and consistent framework

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about people development and possess curiosity to learn
  • A self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Personal qualities such as resilience, tenacity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. PowerBI experience is a nice-to-have
