Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, Greater China, the Finance Transformation Project Manager will support the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of Kering's Finance and SAP Retail Core Model across APAC geographies.

The role will focus on:

• APAC Wave 7 deployment and hypercare activities for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
• APAC Wave 8 SAP Retail implementation for China Mainland
• Finance process transformation and adoption
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Training and change management
• Data migration and reconciliation activities
• Business readiness and operational support

This position works closely with regional and global Finance Transformation teams, SAP CoE, KerTech, Finance Shared Service Centers, brand finance teams, and external implementation partners.

Job Description

How you will contribute

SAP Retail Program Delivery

• Support deployment of SAP Retail and Finance Core Model across APAC geographies.
• Coordinate business activities for SAP Retail Wave 7 stabilization (HK/MO/TW) and Wave 8 implementation (China).
• Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action plans.
• Support governance meetings and follow-up of project deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between local requirements and global core model standards.

Business Process Adoption

• Support rollout of finance processes covering:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
• Intercompany
• Fixed Assets
• Inventory Accounting
• Store Operations
• Retail and Omnichannel processes
• Identify gaps between current processes and target operating model.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and business guidance.

Testing & Business Readiness

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and execution plans.
• Consolidate testing results and defect tracking.
• Follow up issue resolution with business and SAP teams.
• Support cutover readiness and go-live preparation activities.

Training & Change Management

• Organize finance transformation training sessions across APAC.
• Maintain training calendar and participant tracking.
• Support webinar preparation and delivery.
• Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and communication packs.
• Promote adoption of new SAP Retail and Finance processes.

Data Migration & Data Quality

• Support finance and master data migration activities.
• Coordinate validation and reconciliation exercises.
• Monitor data quality issues and corrective actions.
• Support cleansing activities for vendors, customers, materials, and finance master data.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare project status reports and executive summaries.
• Monitor project KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Support Power BI and SAP Analytics reporting initiatives.
• Track action items, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with:
• Finance Transformation teams
• Global Process Owners
• SAP CoE
• KerTech teams
• Shared Service Centers
• Brand Finance teams
• External implementation partners
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Support workshops, process reviews, and decision-making sessions.

Who you are?

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of experience in:
• Finance transformation
• SAP projects
• ERP implementation
• Business process improvement
• Shared service operations

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Retail experience.
• Experience supporting finance process deployments.
• Experience in UAT coordination and training delivery.
• Experience working in multinational or consulting environments.
• Retail and luxury industry experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

• SAP ERP / SAP Retail knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI or reporting tools.
• Project tracking and documentation tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Successful completion of Wave 7 stabilization activities.
• Timely delivery of Wave 8 China finance transformation milestones.
• High UAT completion and defect resolution rates.
• Successful finance training delivery and adoption.
• Accurate data migration and reconciliation results.
