The Finance department of Kering Operations is currently seeking a P2P Industrial Accountant dedicated to the industrial entities. If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our dynamic team in Novara.

Your opportunity

You will work collaboratively within the Finance department to support the ‘Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, reporting to the P2P Industrial Manager.

How you will contribute

• Posting Invoices

-Posting Invoices related to the Merch. Flow for NIB companies and the Brioni company (globe flows)
-Monitoring due date invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements
-Controllers' POC

• Intrastat Submission

- Extract and adjust all Intrastat Flow (ICO + IPO companies)
- Submission txt file (Scambi.CEE) declaration on the Intrastat Portal
- POC of external Intrast Consultant

• Closing Activities

- Manage monthly and annual closing activities (goods and services)
- Manage every quarter, accruals analysis and split by Vendors and categories
- Posting accruals for all divisions

• Intercompany Reconciliations

-Manage Intercompany Reconciliations on a monthly base

• Vat Register Checks

-Check of the progressive number of all VAT Registers (ICO - IPO)

• CoCpit Checks

-Check of Reverse Charge Flow transmitted to the SDI

Who you are

• High school graduate, a university degree in economics will be considered a plus
• A former experience in a similar role would be a plus
• Knowledgeable about principles that govern the general and fiscal accounting of a company and of national and international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
• Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach; able to work with a high level of autonomy, when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially. The working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP will be a plus
• Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English both written and spoken
• If you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed
