Includes all facilities management activities such as building maintenance, energy saving, fleet management and personal drivers. This role is responsible for providing essential support to our workforce, creating a productive work environment.
Speciality Description - Facilities:
Ensures all sites run smoothly and that all problems are addressed in a prompt manner. Also includes roles responsibly for energy saving and fleet management.

How you will contribute
The Facility Administration Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities team by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating facility services, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workplace. You will also provide receptionist coverage when required and assist in addressing facilities-related matters across the brands.
