We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will report to the Logistics Manager, based in New Delhi.

Your Mission

As part of the Operations team, you will support end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory flow, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, resolving delivery issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in logistics processes.

How you will contribute

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including post-invoicing activities and dispatch of goods with local warehouse teams

  • Ensure timely dispatches from the warehouse and monitor outbound shipments on a daily basis

  • Manage last-mile delivery by liaising with logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart) to resolve delays and ensure smooth delivery execution

  • Maintain accurate logistics records, including timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and tracking delivery performance against timelines

  • Support logistics cost tracking and reporting, identifying potential efficiency improvements

  • Oversee inventory management processes, including:

    • Monitoring new stock received in showrooms

    • Tracking returns (e.g., Z4 returns from showrooms)

    • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory levels at all times

  • Coordinate and execute regular cycle counts and manage inventory reconciliation

  • Update and maintain logistics databases, ensuring accurate transaction processing

  • Collaborate with internal teams on operational tasks such as delivery challan (DC) creation and pickup arrangements

  • Participate in projects and handle general administrative tasks as required

Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, warehouses, logistics vendors)

  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational issues proactively

  • Comfortable working with logistics systems and maintaining accurate records (Excel proficiency required)

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
