The Accounts Receivable Intern supports daily reconciliation, invoicing, and collection processes to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales across all channels. This role assists in validating sales between PDH, POS, and boutiques, preparing fiscal documents, monitoring bank deposits, and maintaining strong financial controls aligned with Kering standards, management, tax and administration.

Supports our company’s business by managing and coordinating financial activities across a range of services such as accounting, cost management, budgeting, audit, credit, collections and tax. Manages multiple Job Families within the Finance Job Family Group.

The Accounts Receivable Intern supports daily reconciliation, invoicing, and collection processes to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales across all channels. This role assists in validating sales between PDH, POS, and boutiques, preparing fiscal documents, monitoring bank deposits, and maintaining strong financial controls aligned with Kering standards.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Support daily sales reconciliations between PDH and POS, identifying discrepancies and following up with Store Directors and PDH teams.
• Assist in the bi‑weekly preparation of PDH invoices, credit notes, and complementary payments according to fiscal requirements.
• Review boutique sales activity to ensure that bank deposits match payment methods and POS records.
• Perform daily bank statement reviews for reconciliation of sales and collections.
• Support the preparation of journal entries in Contpaq related to sales, commissions, and collections.
• Assist with the monthly update of the sales file for boutique rent payments
• Review monthly PDH bonifications and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Download scheduled payments weekly from the PDH portal for reconciliation and follow‑up.
• Perform monthly downloads of invoices from the SAT portal to support sales reconciliation.
• Help maintain accurate AR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting and Financial Operations teams on process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently studying Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably with knowledge of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, credit notes, and collections (not required).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• High integrity, service‑oriented, and committed to compliance and accuracy.
• • English: 70% (advanced level is a plus).
