The intern will be responsible in the following:
1)Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, conduct financial and valuation modelling to support decision making
2)Assisting to prepare reporting materials and internal presentations, maintaining internal databases and collating data for ESG related requirements
3)Participate in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement

Job Requirements:
1) We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment;
2) 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master students can also apply;
3) Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willing to learn;
4) Team player;
5) Strong excel modelling and analysis skill;
6) Good communication skills (both verbal and written); and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
