The intern will be responsible in the following:
1) Assist the Shift Engineers, Operation Lead in the daily management of the DC Operations and Periodic Preventive Maintenance Management ensuring 100% uptime of the DC critical M&E systems.
2) Assist in briefing and handover to Shift Duty Technician on all outstanding issues and Standing Instructions from the Operation Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager.
3) Conduct daily routine checks based on a pre-determined checklist to ensure no environmental abnormalities and all critical M&E related systems are in good working condition.

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities/Building Management or equivalent field of study
2. Able to understand and appreciate the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, such as Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, UPS systems, Chillers, Air handling units, Chilled water plant, Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
