What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily care for boarding pets, including feeding, walking, medicating, and charting
  • Bathe and brush pets to keep them clean and comfortable
  • Clean kennels, perform laundry, and maintain overall hospital cleanliness
  • Follow protocols to prevent and control infectious and zoonotic diseases
  • Safely and compassionately restrain pets for procedures

What Our Kennel Assistants Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Animal handling experience preferred
  • Compassion for animals and their well-being
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
