KDNI – Member Firm Operations Lead

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Scale delivery center efforts, ensuring efficient resource allocation by seamlessly collaborating across Practices and MFs to gain robust pipeline insights
2. Participate in MF visits in the DC in collaboration with GDC leader to execute the visit agenda and strengthen global alliance
3. Facilitate regular calls with key geographies in collaboration with KDN Practice Leads to understand skills required, share hiring and mobilization status
4. Monitor and track detractor score and build & implement Quality improvement plan in collaboration with Practice Lead( Practice/Project Lead IMO)
5. Responsible to create awareness around annual rate card change/ any changes in operating model across regions by collaborating with KDN program office, hub and Regional Leads
6. Support pre-sales efforts for capabilities outside of practice structure
7. Act as Single point of contact for all operations related matters to MF pertaining to all Business Units of Advisory (Consulting, DAS, CH and AI)
8. Single point of contact for all churn demands (delivery)
9. Will be the point person to MF to resolve all contracting related, Invoice disputes related, resourcing related, AR related queries, concerns or escalations
10. Responsible for driving Operational efficiency (viz. closing ARs >60 days, minimizing Operational escalations & engagements without contract, timely MIS reporting for MFs )along with respective MF Operational SPOCs
11. Responsible to track all agreed MF investment plans at engagement levels including Pre-sales investments, Delivery investments etc.
12. Collaborate with Solution/practice Leads, Practice Business Ops, Capability leads to address MF delivery needs.
13. Co-ordinate with DAS and CH teams to ensure MFs who are recently onboarded to KDN have smoother experience
14. Collaborate with Global Mobility/Risk/Tax teams to support offshore project team travel needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, management or related field
• 8-10 years of leadership experience in professional services or consulting environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exposure of working with Canada and EMEA region is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder and partner management skills
• Proven experience in managing delivery center pipeline, A/R collections and strong understanding of consulting services.
• Ability to drive structure and change management with evolving business needs.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situation
