We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant – Operations to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operational execution across multiple functions including HR, Finance, and Business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of operational processes in a large, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate with HR, Business, and Finance teams to support operational needs.
• Resource Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of resources.
  • Handle contract extensions and renewals.
  • Track and manage cost centre movements.
• Financial Operations:
  • Process invoices for vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Estimate provisions for accounts payable.
  • Manage provisions for lent/borrowed hours.
  • Ensure integrity of data for invoicing and perform data validation.
• Data & Systems Oversight:
  • Review and validate project codes.
  • Facilitate cost centre creation and updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum graduate in any discipline; preference for Commerce or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of experience in an Operations role within an MNC or services industry, preferably in large organizations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
