KDNI PES PD BPM Expert

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide process modelling, mining, and transformation support using tools such as ARIS, Signavio, Celonis or equivalent
• Lead and contribute to setup and scaling of process mining capability, including tools, methodologies, and reusable assets
• Lead process discovery workshops combining BPM and process mining insights
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using process mining
• Provide administration and solutioning support across BPM and mining tools
• Engage with clients and propose integrated solutions
• Support pursuits with proposals, demos and PoVs
• Collaborate to enhance infrastructure and governance

• Mentor junior team members

• Regularly come up with innovative ideas to enhance the team’s offerings as well as culture.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years experience in BPM, transformation, or process mining

• Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio PI, UiPath PM)

• Proficiency in ARIS, Signavio or similar tools

• Strong understanding of BPMN, EPC

• Experience in data handling and integration

• Python or scripting experience preferred
