To provide critical support across all learning and enablement initiatives. This role will ensure the execution of: Seeking a our FY26 priorities by supporting the Velocity methodology transition, developing AI solutions, coordinating the Enablement Champion network, and maintaining KPI dashboards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation.
•Provide critical support across all learning and enablement initiatives•Drive execution of FY26 priorities by supporting the transition to the Velocity methodology and embedding best practices across delivery teams.•Design, prototype, and deliver AI solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.•Coordinate and grow the Enablement Champion network to scale enablement, facilitate training, and sustain change adoption.•Build, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance, surface insights, and enable data-driven decision-making; communicate outcomes to leadership.•AI & CoPilot Studio Development Support (30%)•Velocity Methodology Enablement Support (25%)•Enablement Champion Network Coordination (25%)•Dashboard & Data Maintenance (20%) •Hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio is strongly preferred.•Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.•Proficient in Power BI and Excel.•Knowledge Management & SharePoint experience is desirable.•SAP experience is required; certification within 60 days is mandatory.
