KDNI - AM- Pipeline & Booking

We are seeking a Pipeline & Bookings Lead to own the end-to-end coordination, validation, and production of global pipeline and bookings reporting across multiple KPMG member firms and CRM systems.
This role sits at the intersection of data operations, business reporting, and executive-facing output production. It is responsible for turning fragmented global opportunity and bookings data into a coherent, trusted, and presentation-ready view of business performance.
The role requires strong project management discipline, advanced data handling capability, and the ability to orchestrate multiple offshore and onshore teams to strict timelines and quality standards.etc.

Key accountabilities

Program & team management

•Lead the end-to-end pipeline and bookings reporting process across global inputs and systems•Provide senior oversight to offshore teams extracting, cleansing, and validating data from multiple CRM systems and source reports•Manage onshore teams responsible for synthesis, analysis, and production of executive-level PowerPoint outputs•Consolidate data from multiple CRM systems into a consistent, reconciled global view of pipeline and bookings•Act as central coordinator between data providers, analysts, and senior stakeholders•Drive adherence to deadlines and manage competing priorities across time zones•Drive reporting transformation through Power BI dashboards, advanced Excel Moling, and AI/automation (e.g., workflow automation, data preparation), converting large datasets into meaningful insights and variance analysis•Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements in reporting quality and speed

Stakeholder Management & Cross functional leadership

•Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and global teams to align on CRM data definitions, reporting expectations, and decision-making needs.•Lead governance, working sessions, and senior stakeholder reviews to drive alignment, resolve data issues, and secure timely inputs.•Maintain strong working relationships across Member Firms to support Velocity and Investment reporting, proactively escalating risks and proposing solutions.

Program Reporting & Communications

•Prepare and maintain dashboards, status updates, and reports that provide visibility into program pipeline & reporting progress, risks, and key performance indicators.•Monitor delivery against yearly targets and budgets, identifying variances and raising them for senior review.•Coordinate the development of materials for leadership meetings, governance forums, and global communications, ensuring high‑quality and timely outputs.•Ensure consistent reporting across workstreams by collecting, reviewing, and consolidating inputs into a unified view for senior stakeholders. Maintain and improve reporting workflows, templates, and governance processes •Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.•8+ years of experience in Project management or operational delivery experience in a complex global organisation•Extensive experience working with CRM systems (data extraction, consolidation, reconciliation, and data quality governance across multiple sources)•Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to streamline data preparation, reporting workflows, and recurring analytics.•Strong data literacy with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, Power Query, reconciliation work)•Strong PowerPoint capability with executive-level reporting experience•Experience working with CRM systems and large-scale data extraction (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent)•Proven ability to manage offshore delivery teams and multi-location stakeholders•High attention to detail and strong data validation discipline•Ability to operate under tight deadlines and manage multiple reporting cycles•Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into executive insight
