We are seeking an Executive Narrative & Insight Designer to transform complex operational, financial, and strategic inputs into clear, compelling, and decision-ready PowerPoint narratives for senior stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of analysis, communication, and visual storytelling. It is responsible for converting large volumes of structured and unstructured information into concise, logically structured, and visually effective executive presentations.
The role is critical in enabling senior leadership decision-making by ensuring that information is not only accurate, but clearly framed, well structured, and easy to interpret.
•Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks that translate complex inputs into clear executive narratives•Synthesize large and varied information sets into structured, logical storylines•Create clear messaging hierarchies that support decision-making at partner and leadership level•Work closely with operational, finance, and delivery teams to shape raw inputs into usable narrative content•Design slide structures that improve clarity, flow, and impact of key messages•Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and visual quality across all outputs•Support rapid turnaround of presentation materials under tight deadlines•Challenge and refine input material to ensure clarity, relevance, and decision usability•Translate data-heavy, technical, or fragmented content into accessible executive summaries•Maintain high standards of visual clarity, formatting discipline, and narrative logic
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
•Build trusted partnerships with program leads and global stakeholders to drive alignment, clarify decision asks, and accelerate information flow.•Facilitate executive-ready communication loops (inputs, drafts, reviews, sign-offs) to ensure on-time delivery and consistent messaging. •Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.•7+ years of advanced PowerPoint capability (storyboarding, narrative structuring, executive-level deck design)•Strong ability to take ambiguous or incomplete inputs and structure them into coherent outputs•Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, precision, and structure•Experience in consulting, advisory, or fast-paced corporate environments preferred•Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational or financial information•High attention to detail in both content and visual presentation•Ability to operate under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines•Strong stakeholder engagement skills to extract clarity from senior contributors•Experience supporting senior leadership or partner-level communications highly desirable
