Job Description

We are seeking a
highly skilled and experienced Delivery Lead
to oversee Oracle Practice operations.

This role is pivotal
in ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects and services. The
ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle products, strong
leadership capabilities, and experience in managing large teams and complex projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide delivery oversight
    across Oracle Practice operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
    and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary
    team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, and
    support staff.
  • Build a strong team
    environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning,
    execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet client
    requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance,
    identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of
    contact for stakeholders regarding delivery operations.
  • Ensure clear communication
    and strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing any concerns or
    issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
    to understand their needs and ensure alignment with delivery strategies
    and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement
    operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize delivery
    processes and ensure compliance with industry best practices and
    regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure efficient resource
    allocation, utilization, and management within the practice.
  • Monitor and report on key
    performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous
    improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest
    Oracle technologies, products, and industry trends.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance
    the capabilities and offerings of the Oracle practice.
  • Foster innovation and the
    adoption of new Oracle solutions within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer
    Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Masters
    degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
    preferred.
  • Minimum of over 20 years of
    relevant experience.
  • At least 15 years of
    experience in Oracle technologies and solutions.
  • Proven track record of
    managing large teams and delivering complex projects in a delivery center
    or similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of
    Oracle products, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud,
    Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM.
  • Experience working in a
    global delivery model and managing cross-functional, geographically
    dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of
    industry-specific business processes and how Oracle solutions can be
    applied to enhance them.
  • Excellent leadership and
    people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a
    high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and
    interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
    clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and
    decision-making capabilities.
  • Adept at managing budgets,
    resources, and timelines.
