Job Description

KD车间质量改进工程师广州、武汉全职制造与工艺板块职位描述1．负责KD业务质量体系文件、流程制度的搭建，并完善相应流程、制度文件；
2．负责KD车间来料问题、KD生产现场问题、海外KD工厂反馈问题的快速响应，联合海外KD质量、基地、SQE制定临时/永久对策；
3．策划并开展KD生产车间专项质量提升活动，提升KD生产质量管理水平；
4．负责监督管理KD生产车间制造过程质量目标的制定及质量保证体制的建立、维护与改善;
5．负责KD生产车间制造质量过程审核，评估过程质量控制能力，输出审核报告并跟踪改善效果；
6．负责对KD生产车间3PL相关业务开展执行情况进行监督、监察及定期审核（防流能力、市场问题等），组织一线蓝领团队开展专项审核活动。
7．负责接收包装工艺、质量检验文件编制；
8．负责对辅料／分总成／车身到货质量及生产过程质量进行检验和测量管理；
9．包装异常解决、品质控制及改善工作；
10．负责KD业务设变的评审、会签及信息传递；
11．负责将设变信息传递至各班组，并对设变执行进行抽查验证；
12．对于文件编制中出现的问题填写《包装问题反馈表》、《工艺问题反馈表》，传递至相关部门；
13．依据设变要求对纸版辅料图纸、检查基准书进行替换、对检验作业指导书进行更新；
14．关键零部件追溯信息异常反馈及信息传递，
15．负责KD失效案例、组织质量陷阱设置等品质管理相关事宜；
16．日常查看物流系统，发现是否存在漏扫码现象，针对异常及时反馈和追溯确认；
17．负责制造质量问题、出口质量索赔问题对接、调查及解决；职位要求1．本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业；
2．5年以上主机厂整车过程质量、整车质量管理、汽车SQE相关工作经验，或3年以上生产现场质量管理经验；
3．掌握QC工具的日常使用；
4．熟悉ISO9001体系和质量体系；
5．熟悉五大质量手册 fmea spc msa apqp ppap；
6．熟悉自工序完结评价流程和工艺管理流程；
7．具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、抗压能力。投递
