Cares for individuals with behavioral health conditions or disabilities. Functions as treatment team member, assisting patient goal attainment. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being. Participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs, activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living.
This position is a part of the Kentucky Registered Apprenticeship Program. This program allows employees to learn as they work - all apprenticeship training is completed during working hours. At the end of the program, employees will receive a certificate along with a raise. Employees will also receive raises throughout the program as they progress and gain more skills. Most apprenticeships are completed in a little over a year.
