General Responsibilities :
1. Implement daily briefings and safety talk and carry out the work in accordance with the instructions of superiors.
2. Controlling for welding before and after welding is carried out.
3. Preparing for goods to be welded.
4. Reporting problems that occur to superiors balk foreman or officer associated with disruption of welding or other hazards.
5. Carrying out work in discipline and solved.
6. Ensure the availability of collar worms that have been reconditioned to be used on press machines
7. Responsible for maintenance and maintenance of all equipment work (equipment) maintenance.
8. Ask the work instructions on foreman what will be done if no other work is done.
9. Preparing welding materials such as power supply, welding transformer, welding wire, welding room and material to be welded.
10. Ensure that the incoming power is really in accordance with the standard and ready for welding
11. Contact the safety that the welding work is slap to be implemented.
12. Ensure that the welding workspace poses no danger around it.
13. Conducting welding to the workpiece such as collar worm, pIatform, fabrication and others related to other mechanical workmanship.
14. Check the results of the work and if so quickly report to the foreman for further action.
