Job Description

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld bei uns:

  • Ich unterstütze bei der Organisation und Betreuung unseres Standorts im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Pflege der Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Betreuung von Kaffeemaschinen, Pflanzen und Büroausstattung).
  • Ich empfange und betreue Kunden, Partner und Gäste vor Ort.
  • Ich bereite Kundenbesuche und Meetings vor und begleite sie (z. B. Bereitstellung von Getränken, Vorbereitung von Besprechungsräumen).
  • Ich stelle sicher, dass Verbrauchsmaterialien, Getränke und allgemeine Vorräte jederzeit verfügbar sind.
  • Ich organisiere und koordiniere Essensbestellungen für Meetings und interne Termine.
  • Ich unterstütze bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events am Standort – in enger Abstimmung mit der Marketingabteilung.
  • Ich fungiere als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Standort Darmstadt und dem Hauptstandort in Hamburg für organisatorische Themen.
  • Ich wirke bei kleineren Marketing- und Standortaktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam mit.

Deine Erfahrung und Skills:

  • Ich studiere im Bachelor oder Master mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt.
  • Ich arbeite zuverlässig und strukturiert und habe ein gutes Organisationstalent.
  • Ich habe eine serviceorientierte und freundliche Art im Umgang mit Kunden, Gästen und Kolleg:innen.
  • Ich packe gerne mit an und behalte auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick.
  • Ich arbeite eigenständig, bin proaktiv und erkenne, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird.
  • Ich bin kommunikativ und arbeite gerne im Team – auch standortübergreifend.
  • Ich spreche Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und Englisch auf B2-Niveau.
  • Ich habe Interesse an der Organisation von Events und kleineren Marketingaktionen.
