What You Can Expect
Du bearbeitest alle Aufgaben rund um die Abrechnung von Transporten und Dienstleistungen
Dabei erstellst du Rechnungen und Abrechnungsvorlagen unter Berücksichtigung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
Du kommunizierst dazu mit den Fachabteilungen und bist ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden
Ergänzend dazu übernimmst du auch Aufgaben rund um die Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachbuchungen als Schnittstelle zum gesamten Rechnungswesen
What You Bring:
Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
Idealerweise kannst du auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abrechnung zurückgreifen
Darüber hinaus punktest du mit hoher Zahlenaffinität, routiniertem Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, weitere Sprachkenntnisse insbesondere Englisch sind von Vorteil
Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Belastbarkeit sowie eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise rundet dein Profil ab.

Contargo overview
With a yearly throughput of 1.9 million TEU, Contargo is one of the leading container hinterland logistics networks in Europe. Contargo integrates container transport between the western seaports, Germany’s North Sea ports and the European hinterland. The Contargo network concept is based on three components:

This concept makes Contargo the partner of choice for sea carriers, forwarders and all other players along the intermodal logistics chain in Europe.
Contargo operates container depots and interim storage at the terminals and offers a wide range of container services including local collection and delivery of containers by truck, maintenance and repair, and stuffing and stripping. Contargo combines the advantages of the three transport modes of inland navigation, road and rail in an integrated transport concept. Fixed routes and frequent scheduled departures form the basis for fast, reliable, efficient container transports.
Consistent, integrated processes and IT systems ensure the fast, smooth throughput of containers. As well as handling between barge, rail and truck Contargo also takes on the document processing.
