Estate Planning Attorney – Contract, Kansas-Licensed, No-Cost Client Introductions

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Kansas Candidate Profile

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Kansas Supreme Court, focusing primarily on estate planning indeed
• Solo or small-firm practitioner looking to grow, stabilize, or diversify their Kansas client flow
• Experience advising clients on wills, trusts, POAs, beneficiary designations, and probate/estate administration issues in Kansas
• Strong client communication skills; able to explain complex planning concepts in clear, accessible terms
• Comfortable working with technology, standardized processes, and remote consultations when appropriate

• You are not currently practicing estate planning in Kansas or related areas
• Your Kansas practice is already at full capacity and you cannot take on additional client matters
• You prefer to manage all marketing, intake, and client acquisition exclusively on your own

Compensation & Structure

• Independent contractor (1099) engagement
• Flexible, part-time workload that fits alongside your existing Kansas practice
• Weekly direct payments for completed and delivered client matters; no separate invoicing or collections
• Remote-friendly, with in-person signings as needed to comply with Kansas execution and notarization requirements
