Het notariaat bij Stibbe richt zich op het vennootschapsrecht, ondernemingsrecht en vastgoedtransacties voor Nederlandse en internationale bedrijven. Onze (kandidaat-)notarissen adviseren cliënten over onder meer fusies en overnames, joint ventures, herstructureringen, vastgoed en reorganisaties. Daarnaast adviseren zij (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen over de implementatie van corporate governance beleid, beschermingsconstructies en aandeelhoudersvergaderingen.
