KAM National Groups

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To identify and develop a business plan tailored to the specific needs of the clients and make a follow up of the key accounts with presence in all the Country.
  • Collaborate and support the Sales Representatives, coordinating all communication and interaction with the central offices of the national groups, achieving the development of all the potential that these clients have.
  • Coordinate and ensure the correct implementation of the business programs established with the national client groups (Traditional accrual, JBP, Membership with Stellant workflow solution) ensuring objective profitability.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and developing strong interpersonal relationships with the main KOLs of the different areas (Medical, Technical, Administrative, Directive) of the clients of national groups and making sure that the decisions made at the central level arrive and are properly implemented in each hospital or cabinet.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal groups such as Market Access, Customer Support, Sales Teams, Marketing, Medical and clinical to ensure the success of each project, the customer success and proper patient care.
  • Ensure that each of the groups of national clients have the appropriate equipment, always seeking to make the most of the potential of their scanners and human resources, guaranteeing objective profitability.
  • Always be attentive to what happens in the radiology market, providing feedback to the different departments to be able to establish actions and strategies that allow us to continue as leaders in the market.
  • Follow up and maintain the behavior according to the Compliance policies being a model of good practices.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in the medical, chemical or marketing areas is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the management of key accounts or have experience in direct sales (not promotion) of hospital products.
  • Experience with the inclusion of new products.
  • Work under pressure, goal-oriented, with the ability to maintain business relationships with senior medical staff as well as senior administrative staff.
  • Persuasive, intuitive person with great analytical skills.
  • Intermediate English is required.
  • Knowledge and management of PC software.
  • The KAM National Groups will base its work on the policies and guidelines established by the Bayer corporation, to negotiate and establish the necessary measures for representation expenses, discussing problems in critical situations with their immediate superior.
