Job Description

电商分销KAM北京全职电商运营类职位描述1, 全面负责电商平台经销商店铺销售管理、授权管理、月度KPI考核、返利及物料发放。
2, 以达成销售指标和利润指标为目标,吸引优质经销商店铺入驻,收编及整治未授权店铺,净化市场竞争环境。
3, 巡店,对经销商的销售价格进行监控和报备,对扰乱市场管理秩序的行为进行管控,配合控价部门收集窜货店铺信息并配合沟通处理;
4,帮助经销商店群提升经营水平,在货品管理及视觉管理上给与帮助和建议。
5,定期收集经销商数据,以评估其销售和库存周转状况;
6,配合相关部门完成数据统计、分析等工作;
7,熟练用于各平台分销系统。职位要求1, 本科及以上学历,电子商务,经管类,贸易类,营销类等相关专业优先
2, 具有2-5年快消品电商渠道经销经验,具有食品/饮料/生鲜行业背景优先
3, 优秀的谈判能力,经营思维、精细化运营能力、统筹推动能力、数据分析能力
