职位描述
岗位职责 1. 负责行业头部客户的开发与经营，输出完整客户沙盘。 2. 制定大客户经营计划，深度挖掘客户业务场景与潜在需求，推动产品与运营服务在客户内部多场景渗透，实现与大客户深度合作及绑定，提高品牌行业知名度。 3. 深入理解客户业务痛点，结合公司租赁产品与运营服务能力，提供定制化解决方案，推动擎天租服务嵌入客户业务链条，提高订单转化率，完成业绩指标。 4. 维护并深化客户高层关系，构建多层次客户关系网络，保障续约率与客户满意度。 5. 负责合同谈判、签订与履约跟进，管理价格、账期及回款，把控客户信用与合作风险。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上 To B 大客户销售或行业解决方案销售经验，有租赁、设备管理、供应链、企业服务背景者优先。 2. 有独立操盘百万级及以上大客户项目的成功经验，具备完整的销售闭环案例。 3. 具备体系化的大客户经营思维，善于构建多层次客户关系网络，能围绕客户长期价值制定经营策略。 4. 具备优秀的商务谈判与高层沟通能力，能独立主导复杂商务谈判，平衡公司利益与客户诉求。 5. 具备敏锐的商业嗅觉与创新思维，善于从客户业务中发现增量机会，能设计创新的合作模式。 6. 理解租赁及运营服务的交付逻辑与成本结构，能站在客户运营视角设计服务方案。 7. 结果导向，抗压能力强，具备良好的职业操守与团队合作精神。 加分项 · 自带目标行业头部客户资源或渠道人脉，能快速打开局面 · 有将产品 / 服务成功嵌入大客户核心业务、并持续放量的实操案例 · 熟悉租赁行业政策、设备管理或供应链运营模式
