About the Role:
As a Graduate Trainee, you will support and carry out governance and compliance activities within Group Technology, fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Ensure IT regulatory requirements are met and IT risk and compliance management practices are effectively embedded.
Key Responsibilities
IT Risk and Compliance
Maintain/ Update IT Risk Dispensation data into new database.
Perform and conduct review for IT Risk Dispensation raised by stakeholder.
Manage and Maintain IT Audit Record.
Support the team for IT Risk and Compliance activities.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Group Technology, regional and regulator.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on IT process, risk, compliance and governance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure risk and governance are well managed.
Organizational Engagement: Display teamwork and actively participate in all projects, assignments, and initiatives rolled out by HLB Group Technology.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor & degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Fresh graduate with a strong academic foundation in IT Risk, or Compliance, or equivalent experience through internships or relevant coursework.
Knowledge of IT guidelines, standards, and governance best practices gained through academic studies or practical projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Keen interest in developing a career within the financial services and banking industry.
