About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented IT Project Management Trainee to join Hong Leong Bank's Program Management department for 3-month program. Working alongside experienced Senior IT Project Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an enterprise banking environment. This role is designed to give you practical exposure to PMO governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination within an enterprise IT environment.
