You will responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of components used for prototype vehicle testing, including planning, ordering, progress tracking, delivery, and reporting. Ensure components are available in the right quantity, quality, and timeline to effectively support full vehicle testing activities and optimize the component management process.

Prototype Component Management

• 
  Manage components used for full vehicle testing, ensuring sufficient quantity and required quality standards.

• 
  Use the SAP system to check component data, track purchase orders, and monitor inventory status.

• 
  Manage component inbound, outbound, and assembly according to the requirements of the testing team.

• 
  Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and propose solutions to optimize management processes.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

• 
  Coordinate with module engineers to align on component design and technical specifications.

• 
  Work with vehicle test engineers (DVP) to ensure components meet test case requirements.

• 
  Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and planners to install internally produced components (H-parts).

• 
  Support planning and execution of logistics activities related to testing components.

• 
  Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange transportation of components to testing locations.

3. Process Standardization & Optimization

• 
  Develop and standardize processes for managing and ordering testing components.

• 
  Optimize inbound, outbound, and allocation activities to improve operational efficiency.

• 
  Standardize reporting templates, tracking tools, and related procedures.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• 
  Ensure accurate data updates in SAP and other management systems.

• 
  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on component status, order progress, and delivery timelines.

• 
  Propose solutions to improve cost efficiency, quality, and supply speed of components.

Requirements

1. Education

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, or related fields.

• 
  Bachelor’s or Engineering degree.

2. Experience

• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or plant operations.

• 
  Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

3. Skills & Competencies

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• 
  Experience with SAP, JIRA, or TeamCenter is an advantage.

• 
  Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team under high pressure.

• 
  Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

• 
  Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
