Valor College Prep seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach to support the development of student-athletes and contribute to a positive team culture. The JV Cheerleading Coach will work closely with the Head Cheerleading Coach to assist with practices, skill development, and program expectations while serving as the primary coach for JV basketball cheer activities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring students, teaching fundamental cheerleading skills, promoting school spirit, and helping athletes grow both on and off the sidelines.
Interview Process:
Schedule: This position will run in the Winter of the 26-27 School Year, November-February. Attendance at scheduled summer and in-season practices. Attendance at Junior Varsity Girls Basketball and Junior Varsity Boys Basketball home games. Participation in program meetings, team events, competitions, pep rallies, and other activities as assigned. Flexibility to assist with varsity cheer program needs throughout the season.
