About the Role:

As a Truck Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Removal Logistics: Safely and efficiently manage the lifting, carrying, and loading of diverse items onto the truck.

• Sustainability Steward: Categorize and route items for environmentally sound recycling, donation, or responsible disposal.

• Customer Delight: Perform a thorough, post-removal cleanup to guarantee a tidy, impressive site for the client.

• First Impressions: Deliver a warm greeting, clearly communicate service details, and address customer inquiries professionally.

• Custom Solutions: Diagnose and propose specific, effective solutions for unique junk removal challenges.

• Value Addition: Proactively suggest and explain complementary services that elevate the customer experience and boost sales.

• Transparent Quoting: Present accurate, easy-to-understand cost estimates to foster customer trust and confidence.

• Service Advocacy: Enthusiastically articulate the advantages of our offerings and encourage supplementary service adoption.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer connections to generate repeat business and valuable referrals, supporting company growth.

• Collaborative Execution: Coordinate tightly with team members(s) to strategically plan and efficiently finalize all jobs.

• Operational Clarity: Ensure continuous, transparent communication flow with both team members and management for seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.

• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.

• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.

• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.

• Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).

• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $17 - $20 per hour (all in pay) base with additional opportunities for tips and profit share bonuses.
