Junk Removal Specialist / Route Sales & Future Leader

Location: SE Edmonton (Mill Woods Area)

Status: Full-Time | Start as Soon as THIS WEEK

Pay: $20-$24/hr ($16/hr base + Profit Share + Tips)

What Your Day Looks Like

• Launch the Day: Meet up at our SE Edmonton hub, grab your teammate, blast your favourite tunes, and hit the road in your blue truck.
• Meet & Connect: Arrive at residential and commercial locations, deliver enthusiastic greetings, assess the space, and provide friendly, on-the-spot price quotes.
• Close the Sale & Save the Day: Overcome objections, build value, close deals, and efficiently remove junk with your teammate.
• Celebrate & Repeat: Safely load, recycle, donate, and wrap up the job knowing you delivered a 5-star experience!

What We’re Looking For

• 19+ Years Old (for vehicle insurance coverage)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Physically Active: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and enjoy hands-on work
• People-First Mindset: Upbeat, outgoing, and excited to chat with customers
• Competitive & Coachable: Motivated by growth, performance pay, and career advancement
