We’re expanding our team in Skopje and are looking for junior/medior Recruiter with an outgoing, commercial profile.

What you’ll do

  • Have screenings with candidates.

  • Actively source and approach people to spark interest.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships.

  • Work closely with experienced recruiters and Dutch partners.

  • Grow into more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Junior

  • You’re social, communicative, and not shy.

  • You like persuasion, sales, or people-focused work.

  • You’re ambitious and eager to grow.

  • Experience helps, but attitude matters more.

Medior

  • You’ve worked in recruitment or a commercial role before.

  • You know how to guide people through a process.

  • You combine structure with energy.

  • You still enjoy the human side of the job.

For both

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Openness to feedback.

  • A proactive, positive attitude.

  • Bachelor's degree.
