Havas BudapestThe Channel Expertise Executive is operating Media Experience (Mx) campaigns for a client portfolio on a specific channel.

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global agency environment? The Havas Village Biddable Media team is looking for a Junior/Medior Biddable (PPC/Programmatic) Specialist to help us write the future success stories of digital marketing!

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Programmatic campaign management. It is crucial that you are confident with various campaign types and capable of setting up campaigns independently.
• Advantageous if you are familiar with or have experience on other platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit advertising interfaces).
• Strategic mindset: Capable of understanding and partially developing long-term biddable strategies, as well as managing complex campaign structures.
• In-depth analytical skills: Excellent at analyzing large datasets, capable of identifying key business insights, and formulating strategic recommendations based on data. Google Analytics knowledge is a plus, but openness to mastering it in depth is essential!
• Proactive optimization and innovation: Actively seeking optimization opportunities and proposing new advertising formats, technologies, or approaches.
• You are a confident MS Office user, especially in Excel – creating reports and applying basic functions pose no challenge for you.
• Organized, precise, and responsible work ethic even in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written (essential for international projects).
• Continuous tracking of industry trends: Active interest in the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, and integrating these into your work.
