Job Description

Job Title: Jr Wholesale Planner

Reports To: Director, Wholesale Planning

To support our continued growth and development we are currently recruiting for a Jr Wholesale Planner to join the Jimmy Choo team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist Director Wholesale Planning in developing seasonal door plans by account/location that incorporate category strategies and company goals
  • Collection, management and analysis of customer sales data (sell-in and sell-out) to provide to wholesale sales team
  • Responsible for controlling and managing the replenishment program in forecasting and planning inventory levels
  • Manage and forecast open to buys monthly to highlight risks and opportunities
  • Update EOM sales & stock by door and provide analysis (ie market share)
  • Track by door top gains and losses weekly with a call to action
  • Assist with presentations and budget meetings preparation
  • Run and track shipping on a weekly basis to anticipate risks or opportunities to monthly budgets
  • Assist with general sales campaign preparation on an as needed basis
  • Curate in-season stock offers and assist in stock transfers between wholesale and retail warehouses
  • Assist sales team with showroom market preparation
  • Ad- hoc reporting may be required

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2-3 years planning experience
  • Confident with retail math, financial measurements and aspects of budgeting
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker

Compensation Range:

55,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD
