The Junior Wealth Manager will be responsible for building and managing high-net-worth client relationships while developing expertise across wealth management, financial planning and investment solutions. The role provides exposure to client acquisition, portfolio growth and holistic wealth management within a high-performance environment.

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth private clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and wealth reviews.
  • Identify client needs and formulate appropriate wealth management solutions.
  • Provide investment, financial planning and wealth management recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client financial objectives and wealth planning needs.
  • Contribute to new client acquisition and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, professional intermediaries and referral partners.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers and specialist teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Monitor financial market developments and their impact on client portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, governance and policy requirements.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Wealth Management business.

Qualification and experience

  • BCom / Honours / CFA / CFP / LLB or other relevant qualification.
  • CFP or CFA studies would be advantageous.
  • RE5 would be advantageous.
  • Up to 3 years' experience within wealth management, investments, financial planning, private banking or financial services.
  • Exposure to high-net-worth client environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong academic record and interest in financial markets.
