AiSDR is an AI sales agent platform that helps 300+ B2B companies book qualified meetings on autopilot. We handle personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and SMS — 24/7, with responses in under 10 minutes. Almost 3 years in production, SOC 2 certified.

We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to build our founder-led video engine from scratch.

About you:

• 1–3 years editing short-form video for B2B SaaS, consumer brands, agencies, or a serious personal channel
• Portfolio with at least 5 short-form videos you edited end-to-end — live URLs, not screenshots
• AI-tool native: you use Descript, Submagic, Captions.ai, ElevenLabs, or RunwayML daily — not as novelty
• Intermediate Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve — you know shortcuts, you don't edit timeline-by-timeline
• Can set up a 1–3 person interview shoot: lighting, framing, audio, backup recorder
• Pirate operator: you ship version 1, measure it, iterate — you don't wait for the perfect cut
• Fluent English

What you'll do:

• Record in-office sessions with our CEO and team weekly
• Edit 8–12 short videos per week (LinkedIn-first, repurposed to YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
• Mine Fathom recordings (sales calls, CS calls, team syncs) for clip-worthy moments and ship them
• Build and maintain the AiSDR brand kit: lower-thirds, captions, end-cards, thumbnail templates
• Run A/B tests on hook structure, caption placement, and CTAs — track retention curves and adjust
• Build a library of 50+ shippable clips indexed by topic, segment, and length

Compensation:

• Base: $18,000–$32,000/year, depending on experience and location
• Performance bonus: 20% of base tied to video output cadence, retargeting CTR lift, and view-through
• Equity: quarterly grant, 4-year vest, 1-year cliff
• 25 days PTO + local public holidays
• $2,500/year learning budget (School of Motion, Skillshare, software subscriptions)
• MacBook, camera, microphone, and lighting kit covered

Location: Lviv, Ukraine or Warsaw, Poland. In-office 3+ days/week required — recordings happen on-site.
