The Junior Vessel Operator is responsible for the end-to-end post-fixture freight execution process, from pre-fixture planning through to voyage completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Owners, Charterers, Masters, Agents, and other stakeholders involved in the voyage lifecycle.You will oversee all operational aspects of assigned vessels, proactively identifying and resolving issues with a strong customer service mindset. The role also contributes to voyage P&L accuracy, ensuring timely and correct inputs for payments to Owners and receivables from Charterers.This is a facilitative and collaborative role, requiring close coordination across internal functions and active knowledge-sharing on onboard technical specifics, port logistics, and system/process improvements.
