Fable is looking for a Junior Researcher who is responsible for identifying accessibility and usability insights through user interviews. This role involves regularly engaging with people with disabilities and requires a candidate who is sensitive, respectful and has a strong desire to learn.
The Researcher will work closely with Fable team members to conduct research about how various digital product offerings can be improved for people with disabilities. An understanding of how various assistive technologies interact with digital products, and the web, is preferred.
The ideal candidate is excellent at independent problem-solving, is detail oriented and adaptable to the growth and changes of a dynamic work environment. Fable is a rapidly growing and busy team; the researcher must be flexible to the changing business needs of Fable.

$65,000 – $75,000 the salary band is designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and is subject to change. The final salary is based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity. This posting reflects an existing vacancy.
