The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Yurii, Head of Performance Marketing at Impulse, we’re looking for a Junior User Acquisition Specialist to help launch and grow a new acquisition direction in our product using AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest You’ll be working on web funnels — one of the fastest-growing and most impactful areas at Impulse — gaining hands-on experience in marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Take ownership and think like an entrepreneur, proposing ideas and driving them forward.

What you will do:

  • Launch, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns on AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest

  • Work with performance data to identify patterns, understand what drives results, and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.

  • Support day-to-day operations related to campaign and channel management.

  • Explore the competitive landscape and help identify new growth opportunities for the product.

  • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and gradually apply learnings to improve acquisition performance.

What do you need to join us:

  • 1+ year of commercial experience working with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and large datasets.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

  • English level of Upper-Intermediate+.

  • Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok etc.).

  • Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work in an uncertain, fast-changing environment.

  • Curiosity and ability to research, explore, and dive into details.

  • Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and teamwork.

Working schedule
