• Assist in daily FOBO reconciliations for Equity and Fixed Income trades
• Support in identifying and flagging breaks for resolution
• Monitor exception queues and ensure timely processing
• Support confirmation processing and investigate mismatches
• Assist with instrument and client static data maintenance
• Manage Trade Support inbox and triage queries
• Investigate DK trades and escalate to the appropriate desk
• Monitor London Sales books and flag open positions
• Support FX exposure reporting and basic FX coverage queries

• Basic awareness of financial markets and securities is essential
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and office applications
• Exposure to Fidessa or Bloomberg is advantageous
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to follow processes
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across teams
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and investigate
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and manage priorities
