The Junior Textile Designer supports the Design team in creating original prints, patterns, embroideries, and textile artwork that reflect the Johnny Was aesthetic and modern bohemian lifestyle. This role collaborates closely with Design, Product Development, and Production teams to develop seasonal collections from concept through production.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, trend-aware, detail-oriented, and passionate about color, print, embroidery, and fabric innovation.
Pay is based on multiple factors, such as qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and state and local wage laws. In addition, bonus and/or commission and benefits including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts may be offered.
Starting salary for the position is $64,000
