Buscamos Territory Manager (basado en Madrid) para gestionar la zona Centro de España, reportando al Responsable de Ventas de la Región. Tendrá como principales funciones:
Visitar con regularidad a todos los clientes de Clínicas y Tiendas Veterinarias en el territorio bajo su responsabilidad y llevar a cabo la negociación de los acuerdos anuales y promocionales.
Alcanzar los objetivos comerciales específicos y la cuota de mercado acordados para la distribución y la utilización de los productos Hill´s en su territorio.
Presentar de forma adecuada los productos, servicios y promociones de Hill´s a clientes.
Identificar oportunidades para actualizar el surtido de productos de los clientes, asegurando una mayor rotación y rentabilidad para los SKU’s.
Gestionar los puntos de venta y hacer implantaciones de clínicas piloto.
Ayudar a los clientes en el desarrollo de su potencial negocio. Manejar el territorio de forma eficaz, identificando los clientes clave y maximizando los contactos con aquellos que muestran los mayores potenciales.
Presentación de los programas y nuevos productos a clientes y potenciales clientes.

Competencias para negociar.
Capacidad para manejarse en un ambiente ambiguo.
Buen manejo de paquete Google (sheets, docs, slides).
